The Main aim of this service is build capacity of leaders and officers regarding management skills though selected short term courses , by giving attention to this service the academy includes in the new Business process Re-Engineering study of academy as Directorate Called Management Training Directorate.

Attitudinal Change

Training topic:-Attitudinal Change

Objective:           To enable participants develop positive attitude towards serving the public and apply different mechanisms to overcome attitudinal problems at different levels of organizational performance.

Contents:            Basic concepts of attitude; factors affecting attitude, strategies for attitudinal change; communication and attitudinal change;  attitudinal development

Duration:-          2 days

Balanced Scorecard (BSC)

Training Topic:-Balanced Scorecard

Objective:           To enable participants formulate & implement their organizational strategy and operational plans using the Balanced  Scorecard by equipping them with the basic knowledge and skills on how to undertake BSC.

Contents:            Definition and origin of BSC; the need for BSC; organizational assessment & strategy development; implementation steps  of BSC; performance monitoring and evaluation.

Duration:-          7 days

Business Process Re-engineering /BPR/

Training Topic: Business Process Re-engineering

Objective:           To enable participants understand the role of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and acquire knowledge and skills on how to study BPR so that they can undertake the process effectively and efficiently in an organization.

Contents:            Overview and concepts of Business Process Reengineering; the need for reengineering; key characteristics of BPR; phases of BPR; management of BPR.

Duration:-          5 days

Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
